You can reset your password by clicking here. Enter the email address you used to sign up on e-dancer. Clik on the link you received per email and follow the steps to reset your password.
e-dancer is only the ticketing software used by event organizers who work with us. For any questions about the event, please contact the promoter. You will find all promoter details on the event page.

Ticket purchases

Sometimes it may take a few minutes before you receive the email. If you haven’t received the email with your tickets after 5 minutes, please:
  • Check your "spam" folder.
  • Check whether the the email address you entered to create your user profile on e-dancer is the same as the one you are expecting the email.
  • Tickets that have been purchased for you by another person, will not be sent by email. However, you can download them following the instructions in this section.
  • If you have purchased the tickets through a sales agent, please contact them directly and verify whether they have entered your email address correctly. If so, you will be able to download them following the instructions in this section.
If you are registered on e-dancer, you can download your tickets by logging into your user account. Go to “My profile” and select “My tickets”. You can also directly access your tickets by clicking here.

If you can’t find your tickets by following the above steps, it might be because either someone else bought the tickets for you (read this section) or you have purchased the tickets through a sales agent (read this section)
If you bought the tickets by entering your email, you can download them directly if you register with e-dancer with that same email. You can register by clicking here.

Once you have registered, you can access your tickets from the "My tickets" option of the "My profile" menu. In addition to downloading, you will have the option to change the data of the owner, in case you cannot attend the event and someone else will do it.
If someone else purchased the tickets for you and filled in the details with your email address, you can download them directly from your account if you register on e-dancer with that same email address. You can register by clicking here.

Once you are registered on e-dancer, you can view and download your tickets in the section “My profile” when you select “My tickets”. There you will also have the option to transfer your ticket to somebody else if you can no longer attend the event (transfer fee applies)
As stated in our purchase conditions, tickets cannot be canceled or refunded. However, you may transfer your ticket to another person (transfer fee applies), if the promoter has made this option available.

In order to transfer your ticket, access your ticket by clicking on “My profile” and then “My tickets”. Every event for which ticket transer has been enabled by the promoter and that has not started yet, you will have the option to transfer your ticket. This service has an additional cost.
